Position: London-Based Customer Care Quality Analyst – Data-Driven QA
Location: Greater London

Brit Box is seeking an experienced Quality Analyst for its Customer Care team to enhance service quality and customer experience. This role involves evaluating agent performance, developing evaluation frameworks, and collaborating with various teams.

You will provide feedback to drive agent development, report on performance, and ensure consistency in evaluations. A proven background in customer service and quality assurance processes is essential for this position.
