Location: Greater London

We have partnered with a Luxury Fashion brand that requires an experienced Quality Assurance Manager. The QC Manager will be responsible for ensuring the standards of the brand’s garments adhere to the expectation of the brand. A background of QC within a luxury or premium brand is a necessity for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Make all factories aware of delivery and labelling expectations so that all garments are delivered in perfect condition
  • Complete thorough AQL's
  • Problem solve and QC issues
  • Flag any issues with the Technical team
  • Work closely with Customer service team, to understand any issues
  • Have an indepth knowledge of fabrics and garment construction
  • Understand tec packs and be able to highlight any grading issues
  • Monitor all CS returns and comments, address and trouble shoot and issues and make the team aware.
  • Record all production measurements and grading discrepancies in an efficient manner.
  • Set up and complete QC reports to document sizing and quality assessment of product.
  • Build close relationships with manufacturers with on-site visits and work with them to benefit and, where necessary, improve the overall finish of brand product.
  • Work closely with the Tech Manager to organise visits to the UK and European factories in line with ex‑factory dates.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of Quality Assurance experience in a luxury fashion brand
  • Good knowledge of garment construction methods
  • A working knowledge of materials, technical fabrics and functional aspects of garments.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experience working with factories overseas.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and agents.
