Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Professional you will work closely with operational managers and senior leaders to ensure government‑funded employment programmes consistently deliver high‑quality, compliant services. Your key duties will include:

  • Conducting quality assurance reviews, compliance checks and operational analysis, travelling to London sites 1–2 times per week as required.

  • Driving continuous improvement across contracts and ensuring services meet statutory and contractual standards.
Qualifications

We expect you to bring:

  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Compliance or Continuous Improvement role within government‑funded programmes such as Employability, Skills, Welfare to Work, Justice, Supported Employment, Health & Wellbeing, or a similar service.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience working collaboratively with operational teams to improve quality and performance.
