Pasta Evangelists is seeking a Technical Manager to ensure products meet safety, quality and legal requirements. You will monitor quality systems, perform HACCP audits, and liaise with customers to ensure compliance with standards.
You will lead internal and supplier audits, advise on hygiene, and oversee documentation to support compliance with current legislation and good manufacturing practices.
