Location: Greater London
DO&CO is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to uphold the highest standards of product quality. You will own the internal quality system and impact finished goods, ensuring HACCP controls and audit readiness.
You will lead a team, drive quality metrics, manage non-conformances, and maintain certifications, working closely with Supply Chain and Operations. A strong UK food industry background and leadership experience are essential.
