A rare opportunity for a sharp graduate or early-career candidate to build a serious career in regulated healthcare operations.

Structured development | CEO and senior management exposure | Quality, operations and compliance training | Scaling healthcare business

About Hologram

Hologram is building a modern UK healthcare distribution platform in a highly regulated and fast-moving sector. We work with clinics, pharmacies, suppliers and specialist partners to help ensure that medicines and related services are managed safely, reliably and compliantly.

We are an early-stage, growing company, which means the right person will have the opportunity to learn quickly, take on real responsibility and help build the systems, processes and habits that allow a regulated business to operate well.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a bright, organized and curious graduate or early-career candidate to join us as a Graduate Quality Trainee. This is a rare opportunity for a sharp graduate to build a serious career in regulated healthcare operations, working in a company that is scaling quickly and where high standards, judgment and attention to detail matter from day one.

The successful candidate will have significant exposure to the CEO and other members of the management team who are driving Hologram Health through its next phase of scale-up. This means the role will offer a strong view of how a regulated healthcare business is built, managed and improved in practice.

This role is likely to suit someone with a humanities, business, social sciences or similar degree background who can write clearly, think carefully, organize information, ask good questions and follow through on details. A science degree is not required. What matters most is intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, reliability and the ability to bring structure to complex information.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will support the Quality Manager with the administration, maintenance and improvement of Hologram Health’s Quality Management System. This will include helping to manage controlled documents, quality records, training records, trackers, supplier and customer qualification records, complaints, change controls, deviations, CAPA tracking and other operational quality activities.

At first, the role will involve learning the basics carefully and supporting routine quality administration. As your competence grows, you may take on defined delegated responsibilities under appropriate oversight. The role is designed to build capability gradually, while preserving clear accountability within the quality function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Quality Manager with document control, quality records, registers and training records.
  • Help maintain quality trackers and dashboards so that issues, actions and deadlines are visible and followed up.
  • Assist with supplier and customer qualification checks and the organization of supporting evidence.
  • Support the recording, tracking and escalation of complaints, deviations, change controls and CAPAs.
  • Help prepare materials for management review meetings and quality monitoring activities.
  • Assist with operational quality activities relating to imports, stock, quarantine, recalls, returns and destruction where required.
  • Learn and apply good documentation practice, data integrity principles and the discipline required in a regulated healthcare environment.
  • Work closely with colleagues across quality, operations, supply chain and commercial teams to help ensure information is accurate, complete and well organized.
Who This Role Will Suit

This role will suit someone who wants to build a serious professional career and is motivated by the opportunity to learn quickly in a regulated business. You do not need previous pharmaceutical or healthcare experience, but you must be willing to learn, take feedback, follow processes carefully and develop high standards of written work and professional judgement. The work will involve detail, repetition, documentation and process discipline, so it will suit someone who takes pride in getting things right rather than someone looking only for a broad strategy role.
