Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our CDD team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

Conduct comprehensive reviews of customer identification documents including but not limited to beneficial ownership identification, source of wealth and overall risk assessments to ensure accuracy and completeness of files.

Identify and report on discrepancies, errors or inconsistencies within the CDD files and recommend corrective actions.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of CDD processes by recommending enhancements and supporting the implementation of new procedures and/or processes.

Controls Testing and Validation

Design and execute control testing to evaluate whether systems and controls and processes are functioning as intended.

Assess the effectiveness of automated CDD workflows, decisioning and outputs in line with regulatory and internal expectations.

Identify control gaps, weaknesses, or failures and clearly articulate associated risks.

Training and Development

Participate in the design and creation of training packs to help drive consistency, ensure effective system utilisation, and promote a customer‑centred approach across the CDD Teams.

Provide training and guidance to the CDD team on QC standards, common issues and best practices.

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare detailed QC reports and summaries for senior management and regulatory bodies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of QC activities, findings and resolutions.

Assist in the development and maintenance of QC‑related documentation and training materials.

Relationship Management

Develop and maintain an open and positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders, as necessary.

What you’ll bring

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a quality control or audit role with a strong focus on customer due diligence

A demonstrable understanding of legal/regulatory requirements pertaining to CDD

Proven experience in managing and leading teams in a fast‑paced environment

A strategic thinker with the ability to identify, mitigate and communicate risks and issues that could impact the organisation and the customer experience

Ability to build a positive culture of continuous improvement and learning, encouraging professional development opportunities and knowledge sharing initiatives

Ability to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, ensuring effective communication and alignment

Highly analytical and strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions

It’s a bonus if you have

Experience in merchant acquiring

Relevant professional qualifications e.g. Diploma in AML or Financial Crime, CAMs certification

Experience using tools such as Orbis, Actimize, Salesforce
