Peer Review Senior Advisor

The WANO London Office is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Peer Review function as a Peer Review Senior Advisor
.

This role is ideal for experienced nuclear professionals who have a deep understanding of peer review processes and are passionate about supporting global nuclear safety and performance improvement.

As a Peer Review Senior Advisor, you’ll work closely with the Peer Review Director, Peer Review Manager, and colleagues across all Regional Centres to ensure the effective delivery of Corporate Peer Reviews and the Performance Assessment Delivery Team (PADT). You’ll play a crucial role in enhancing consistency, effectiveness, and value across WANO’s peer review services.

• Strengthen the Performance Assessment Delivery Team (PADT) by reviewing implementation across Regional Centres and recommending improvements to performance, consistency, efficiency, and product value
• Oversee and coordinate core PADT functions
  , including station and corporate peer reviews and WANO Assessment Committees
• Evaluate peer review performance by observing peer reviews worldwide and identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement
• Support key infrastructure processes
  , including AFI analysis, quality control of function database information, and performance indicator maintenance
• Maintain and update WANO Performance Objectives & Criteria ‘How to Review’ documents
• Collaborate with Regional Centres to ensure schedules, results, and guidance materials are aligned and kept up to date
• Ensure PADT-related projects run smoothly
  , supporting timely delivery of agreed activities and improvements
• Maintain accurate information on the member website
  , ensuring peer review information is current and accessible
• Regularly review and update PADT governance arrangements to support strong, consistent service delivery
