Radiant is seeking a hands-on Commissioning Lead for live data-centre projects across Europe and the US. You will lead on-site commissioning, travel between sites as needed, and build the handover-to-Operations playbook from scratch.
You’ll create a commissioning methodology, own the end-to-end window from build completion to go-live, and start forming a pooled commissioning team while remaining deeply engaged on site.
