Senior Quality Engineer – 70,000 – Hybrid (3 days per week London)

Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.La Fosse have partnered with one of the UK’s largest private banks to recruit a Senior Quality Engineer to join their growing Quality Engineering team. This is a hands-on SDET role, ideal for someone passionate about test automation, quality-first engineering, and driving improvements across the software delivery lifecycle.

You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and enhancing automation frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Appium, helping to reduce manual testing efforts while improving quality, efficiency, and delivery speed across a large-scale technology transformation programmes.

Key requirements:

Strong experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks from scratch using tools such as C#, Selenium, Playwright and Appium.

Proven track record of driving test automation initiatives and reducing manual testing

Experience designing robust, maintainable frameworks across web and mobile applications.

Experience improving testing efficiency, consistency, and overall product quality through automation.

Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
