2. Warranty Process Improvement & Policy Development
  • Continuously review and refine warranty claim processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyse warranty data and KPI reports to identify recurring product or service issues, cost-saving opportunities, and process improvement areas.

  • Develop and deliver warranty-related training programmes to the Chery UK dealer network, covering claim submission procedures, policy interpretation, and common claim errors.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and technical support to dealership service teams on warranty policy, claim documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular warranty audits (virtual and on-site) at dealer locations to ensure adherence to Chery's standards and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Communicate warranty policy updates, bulletins, and best practices to the dealer network in a timely manner.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Liaise with Chery International and other internal stakeholders on warranty-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealer partners, service technicians, and internal aftersales teams.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to ensure warranty parts are properly retained, labelled, and available for inspection.
