Business travel: 50 % of working time spent at customer sites, travel is within Europe.
Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Interface & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary quality contact for international customers, addressing inquiries and providing professional quality support.
- Prepare and submit customer complaint analysis reports; present product quality issues to clients in a timely manner.
- Lead or participate in weekly/monthly quality meetings, project reviews, and topic-specific sessions with customers.
- Investigate customer quality complaints by coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, supply chain) for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Drive end-to-end closure of customer quality issues, evaluate effectiveness of improvement measures, and promote preventive actions across the organization.
- Manage quality-related claims including confirmation, appeal, transfer, and internal accountability tracking.
- Lead responsibility identification and claim transfer for market repair costs, ensuring cost control and process compliance.
- Track and analyze key market quality indicators such as field failure rate and negative list metrics.
- Compile monthly and annual after-sales quality reports to support management decision-making.
- Maintain issue list management mechanism for dynamic monitoring and early warning.
- Assist the company's major quality issue task force in handling critical after-sales incidents.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, production, procurement, and after-sales departments to provide quality support and drive overall quality excellence.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of quality management experience.
- Experience in new energy vehicles, power battery, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proficient in QC tools (7 QC tools, 8D report) for problem analysis and resolution.
- Solid knowledge of IATF
16949 / ISO
9000 / VDA
6.3 standards and APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP core tools. - Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications for data analysis and reporting.
- English proficiency at a working level – capable of writing technical reports and conducting communication in English.
- High sense of responsibility and professional integrity; self-disciplined and ethical.
- Rigorous work style with strong execution ability; open to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Excellent team player who thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with both internal teams and external customers.
- IATF
16949 internal auditor certification is a plus.
