Food Quality Development Manager -Whatyou'llbedoing:
- WorkingwithUKprivatelabelcustomers’technicalandqualitymanagement,manufacturing sites,dedicatedcommercialteamsand
Europeanqualityteamstomaintainexistingprivatelabelbusinessandprogressnewopportunitiesfromdevelopmenttolaunch. - Leadingcustomerqualityreviewmeetings,technicalcomplianceauditsandfirstproductionvisitsofsitestothestandardandpracticesrequiredaswellasinfluencingkeystakeholderstoachievedecisionsandactionsrequiredtodelivercustomerrequirements.
- Managingprojectswithineachcustomer’sprocess,criticalpathensuringalltechnicalrequirementsaremet.
- Keycustomercontactforallqualitytopics,policy compliance,development,renovation,packagingandproductcommunication.
- EffectivecommunicationandreportingonqualityKPI’s,complaint management,development projects,product specifications,andpolicychanges.
- Continuallymonitoringthequalityandconsistencyofproductstoensureproductqualitystandardsaremaintained.
Food Quality Development Manager -The Skills You 'llNeedto
Succeed:
- Educatedtodegreelevelorequivalent,withafoodscience/technology background.
- Previousexperienceina Quality/Development Management role,preferablyintheUKwithexpertiseofmanagingprivatelabelcustomerrequirements(UK retailers).
- Excellentattentiontodetailandanalyticalskills
- Strongorganisationalandprojectmanagementskills
- ITliteracytoahighstandardespecially Excel
- Well-developedcommunicationandinfluencingskills.
- Flexibleandcreativeproblem-solvingskillstoovercomeobstacles.
- Highly self-motivatedandresultsfocused,withtheabilitytoworkautonomously,aswellasworkingcloselywiththe
Quality,Industrial,R&Dand Commercialteamsinthewiderbusiness. - Fluentin Frenchwouldbeaplus.
- Fullcurrentdrivinglicenceisessential.
