About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Project Manager to lead Quality Assurance initiatives in East London . You will be responsible for overseeing projects aimed at enhancing product quality, improving testing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires a deep understanding of QA methodologies, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.

You will play a crucial role in maintaining and elevating the quality of the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of Quality Assurance projects.
  • Develop and implement robust QA strategies, test plans, and quality control processes.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for QA initiatives.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices in all QA activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Project Management , preferably within software development or manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in managing QA projects, test automation implementation, and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing projects in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
