Big Mamma seeks a Compliance Manager to partner with the UK & Ireland operations. You’ll lead allergens, food safety, HACCP and regulatory compliance across multiple sites, conducting audits, guiding corrective actions and preparing for EHO inspections.
You’ll train teams, keep documentation up to date and drive continual improvement while supporting openings. Based in London with regular travel across the UK & Ireland, you’ll collaborate with General Managers, Operations and the Group Hygiene
