We are seeking a detail-oriented Functional Tester to validate end-to-end application functionality, business workflows, integrations, APIs, authentication, data, and AI-enabled capabilities. The role will ensure solutions meet business requirements, accessibility standards, and release-quality expectations through structured test design, execution, defect management, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Functional Testing, Test Case Design, Requirement Traceability, and Workflow Validation.
- API Testing, Integration Testing, Authentication Testing (OIDC/OAuth/SSO), Data Validation, and End-to-End Business Process Testing.
- AI Output Validation, AI Recommendation Testing, Golden Dataset Validation, AI Document Generation Testing, and Business Rule Verification.
- Defect Management, Regression Testing, Test Evidence Preparation, Test Reporting, and Release Readiness Validation.
- Accessibility Testing (WCAG 2.2 AA), Usability Testing, Test Strategy, Azure Dev Ops Test Management, Risk-Based Testing, and Stakeholder/UAT Coordination.
- Strong hands-on experience in functional testing, test case design, requirement traceability, workflow validation, and regression testing.
- Experience with API and integration testing and validating end-to-end business processes.
- Understanding of authentication standards and flows such as OIDC, OAuth, and SSO.
- Experience testing AI-enabled applications, including AI output and recommendation validation, golden datasets, and AI-generated documents.
- Experience in backend/data validation and verification of business rules.
- Experience with defect lifecycle management, test evidence preparation, reporting, and release validation.
- Working knowledge of accessibility testing, including WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops for test management and defect tracking.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile delivery, risk-based testing, and quality assurance practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
