The opportunity:ReeVR Talent are partnered with an innovative highly regulated manufacturing business, who are looking to appoint a Quality Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity for Quality Managers experienced in managing teams, systems and driving a strong Quality culture across the site.
Key responsibilities:- Lead and improve Quality Management Systems
- Maintain inspection readiness and lead regulatory inspections and partner audits.
- Manage internal inspections, audit schedules, findings and corrective actions.
- Oversee QA, Auditors and Validation teams.
- Lead quality forums.
- Monitor quality KPIs and metrics.
- Implement regulatory updates to maintain compliance.
- Ensure timely closure of CAPAs, change controls and deviations.
- Develop and coach the QA team, setting priorities and ensuring training and performance objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with departments across the business to improve processes and embed a strong quality mindset.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulations.
- Line Management experience.
- Experience hosting and managing inspections/audits.
- Experience in highly regulated industry.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, drive accountability and deliver to deadlines.
- A hands-on approach to coaching teams and building a proactive quality culture.
