About the Role

We are currently hiring Real Estate
- Investment Advisors - 100% Commission-Based (High Earning Potential) to join our high-performance team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate, sales, and client relationship management. You’ll be advising high-net-worth individuals and property investors, with access to exclusive off-market projects
, premium listings, and full marketing support to help you close deals confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities based on their goals and budget
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients and investors
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Stay updated with Dubai’s property market trends and investment insights
• Represent Kamani Living with professionalism and deep market knowledge
• Work closely with the marketing team to convert qualified leads into clients

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, or investment advisory (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated by high earning potential
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Confident, professional, and client-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
