The Role

As a Senior Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of key property management responsibilities while working on exciting projects. You will:

* Manage large service charge budgets ranging from £400k to £1.3m.

* Oversee building operations, compliance, and refurbishment projects.

* Liaise with tenants, contractors, and high-end asset managers to deliver exceptional service.

* Report on property performance for major institutional funds.

* Support handover and redevelopment of retail assets scheduled for transformation.

The Team

You’ll join a collaborative team, working closely with a key portfolio manager. The team values independence, trust, and strong relationships – and they know how to have fun! From rugby and football socials to paddle and pints, this is a group that combines professionalism with personality.

The Ideal Candidate

* MRICS Chartered (or working towards it) preferred.

* Strong experience managing large service charge budgets.

* Exposure to institutional funds, propcos, or high-net-worth clients.

* Organised, proactive, and confident communicator.

* Sociable and team-oriented – enjoys networking and team activities.
