About the Role

A dynamic organisation with a busy national footprint is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Real Estate Surveyor into a permanent role. This is a great opportunity for a property professional who enjoys fast‑paced environments, variety, and working closely with operational teams to keep a complex estate running smoothly.

The business operates a large and varied estate, covering offices, active construction sites, and site-based accommodation such as site offices and temporary facilities. With a steady flow of property activity—including acquisitions, disposals, leases, renewals, negotiations, and ongoing site requirements—the successful candidate will take on a key role in managing and optimising the estate.

• Managing a high volume of estate transactions across offices and site locations
• Overseeing leasing activity, renewals, negotiations, and associated documentation
• Supporting project and site teams with temporary accommodation and workplace needs
• Advising on property strategy, occupancy planning, and cost efficiency
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agents / landlords
• Bringing structure, pace, and professional oversight to a busy, evolving portfolio

• An experienced corporate real estate surveyor with strong commercial awareness
• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent transactions
• Skilled stakeholder manager with clear, confident communication
• Ideally MRICS, though strong practical experience is equally valued
• Someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and enjoys hands‑on estate management
