You’ll act as a trusted expert across the full spectrum of lease advisory services, including:

• Rent reviews
• Lease renewals
• Lease regears
• Dispute resolution
• Sale & leaseback advice
• Rental valuations
• Third-party referrals (Independent Experts & Arbitrators)

You’ll also play a key role in shaping the team's future-bringing in new business, nurturing existing clients, and supporting the development of junior colleagues.

• Significant experience within Commercial Lease Advisory
• MRICS or FRICS qualification
• A proactive, confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
• Someone who enjoys winning work, building relationships, and adding real strategic value
