💰 Up to £55,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

We’re supporting a prestigious, highly regarded property advisory business in the appointment of a Senior Surveyor or Associate to join its Residential Valuation & Strategic Advisory team in London.

This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on a wide range of complex and high-profile residential valuation instructions across London and nationally.

• Statutory leasehold enfranchisement valuations
• Negotiations relating to lease extensions and freehold acquisitions
• Advising both landlords and tenants across varied residential assets

The role blends technical valuation expertise with strategic advisory exposure, perfect for someone who enjoys detail but also understands the wider commercial picture. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership of instructions, develop client relationships and progressively take on greater responsibility.

• RICS Registered Valuer

• Experienced in residential valuation using comparison, residual and investment approaches
• A confident report writer with excellent written English
• Comfortable dealing directly with clients and professional contacts
• Highly numerate, organised and capable of managing competing deadlines
• familiar with leasehold enfranchisement legislation
• Genuinely interested in residential markets and valuation matters
