Salary: £28,000‑£30,000 (will go higher for the right person)

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 9:00‑18:00

My client, an independently owned Estate Agent based in South West London, is looking for a Property Manager to join the team due to growth. Working as part of a close‑knit team, you will be delivering an exceptional service, upholding the reputation of the business as you manage your portfolio of properties.

• Dealing with daily maintenance including complex maintenance, urgent works in a competent, timely manner
• Ensuring the portfolio is fully up to date on compliance and Health and Safety regulations
• Arranging inventories, check‑in and check‑outs and conducting property inspections
• Advising utility companies of meter readings and void period bills
• Co‑ordinating estimates and arranging repairs with contractors, liaising between landlords and tenants, and troubleshooting where applicable
• Proposing and negotiating deposits between landlords and tenants, understanding the rebuttal process

• Property Management experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised and punctual
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
• A keen problem solver who can work well under pressure
• Client facing experience
• Strong administration and excellent IT skills
• Ability to build long‑term relationships with landlords
• Positive and encouraging attitude

• ARLA qualified
