Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in London for an Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for assisting in the day‑to‑day operations and management of residential and commercial properties, coordinating maintenance requests, liaising with tenants, managing property records, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role also includes supporting budget preparation, tenancy agreements, and facilitating property viewings while maintaining high levels of customer and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Property management experience, including coordinating tenant communications and resolving property‑related issues
  • Organizational and multitasking skills, with experience in maintaining records and handling administrative tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations in London, and a commitment to ensuring compliance
  • Proficiency in property management systems and tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously with attention to detail
