Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Negotiator based in London. The Sales Negotiator will be responsible for property sales and lettings, handling inquiries, conducting property viewings, offering informed advice to clients, and negotiating successful property transactions. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partner organizations.
Qualifications- Solid experience in Estate Agency with a focus on both Sales and Lettings
- Exceptionally strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, customers, and team members
- Proven Customer Service expertise and the ability to deliver seamless client experiences
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in spotting market opportunities and managing multiple property transactions
- A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
- Familiarity with the London real estate market preferred
- Possession of a valid UK driver’s license may be advantageous
