Property Management, Program / Project Manager
Private property company with a prime residential portfolio in a highly desirable area of London is seeking an experienced Residential Manager
.
This role oversees a diverse residential and mixed‑use portfolio. It is hands‑on, commercially focused, with real responsibility and impact.
Part‑time: 3 or 3.5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities- Drive asset performance and deliver strategic plans.
- Manage leasing, marketing, and disposals.
- Oversee refurbishments, service charge budgets, and programmed works.
- Maintain compliance and coordinate statutory inspections.
- Manage residential tenancies, voids, rent reviews, compliance checks, and deposit processes.
- Coordinate day‑to‑day and planned maintenance, contractor management, and tenant requests.
- Support customer service initiatives and engage regularly with residents/occupiers.
- Demonstrated experience in residential management, both day‑to‑day (ASTPM) and strategic (AM).
- Prime residential experience highly desirable.
- Comfortable owning both strategic and operational responsibilities.
- Commercially minded.
- Confident managing tenants, contractors, agents, and internal teams.
- MARLA would be desirable but is not essential.
The full‑time equivalent salary for this position would be £60,000, which will be reduced to a prorata salary depending on how many days this person works but likely to be £40,000‑£45,000 prorata. In addition, this individual will benefit from an annual bonus and benefits such as healthcare and pension.
