Property Manager

Position: Property Manager (Permanent)
Location: Greater London

Salary - £35,000

Working Hours - Monday-Friday, 9am–5:30pm

Our client, an independent agency established over 30 years ago, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team based in Winchmore Hill.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected and long-standing business. The successful candidate will have strong experience within the property industry and a thorough working knowledge of ALTO property management software.

Responsibilities:

* Acting as a liaison between landlords, tenants and contractors

* Arranging maintenance on behalf of landlords

* Adhering to compliance by efficient administration

* Processing insurance claims

* Approving and processing invoices

* Arranging gas and electrical safety checks

* Assisting with inventories, check-ins and checkouts

* Negotiating deposit returns

About You:

* Experience with ALTO software essential

* Local to Winchmore Hill

* Experience in Property Management

* High attention to detail

* Great communication skills
