** Programme Description
** Blackstone's Summer Analyst Program is a 10 week in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.
** Real Estate Asset Management
** Blackstone’s Real Estate Asset Management Group (‘AM’) leads all post-acquisition investment activities. AM’s investment professionals oversee the full lifecycle of an investment, including setting business plans, identifying value creation opportunities and executing transactions to monetize an investment.

Summer Analyst work may include modelling and presentations to support core AM activities:
* Building portfolio companies to manage operational real estate
* Collaborating with portfolio company senior management to set business plans and drive performance
* Conducting market research and analysing value creation initiatives (e.g. capital expenditure projects)
* Execute transactions such as refinancings, recapitalizations and dispositions (including public IPOs and private
