Lettings Negotiator

Overview

The Lettings Negotiator is a crucial position within our busy lettings team and we're looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated team player to join us! You'll focus on delivering exceptional customer service, whilst continuing to build long lasting relationships with our tenants.

• An annual salary of up to £33,000 + 10% Bonus, enhanced family leave policies, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan, Pet lovers Friday, enhanced sick pay, study support and much much more!

• Conduct lettings viewings
• Register and effectively qualify applicant enquiries in person, over the telephone and via email
• Conduct proactive and efficient applicant management
• Negotiate on offers received and successfully agree a let
• Follow the lettings process through to completion in an efficient manner
• Keep all systems up to date
• Follow all legislation and company policies
• Target new business to grow the lettings portfolio via contacts and our existing urbanbubble portfolio
• Conduct lettings market appraisals
• Ensure all regulatory requirements are met

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
• Great negotiation skills
• Ability to work towards targets and objectives
• Knowledge of relevant Lettings and Estate Agency Acts
• ARLA / IRPM qualification is desirable
