Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Letting Negotiator located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Senior Letting Negotiator will oversee property lettings, liaise with landlords and tenants, and ensure smooth tenancy agreements. Additional responsibilities include managing property viewings, handling inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role also demands strong negotiation skills to secure lettings and support team members in achieving business goals.

Actively building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, tenants, and partners is key.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of landlord/tenant matters and estate agency processes.
  • Proficiency in property management and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, tenants, and internal teams.
  • Proven experience in estate agency or property-related roles is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the London property market and relevant regulations is an advantage.
