Stone London is growing, and we’re looking for an ambitious and driven Lettings Consultant to join our expanding team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work within a forward-thinking agency specialising in new homes and residential property across London. We’re looking for an individual who is proactive, commercially minded and passionate about delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants alike.

• Managing applicant enquiries and conducting viewings
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating offers and progressing deals through to completion
• Supporting the growth of our lettings portfolio
• Delivering a professional, customer-focused experience at every stage

• Previous experience in residential lettings or estate agency preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Self‑motivated with a positive, solutions‑led mindset
• Knowledge of the London market is advantageous
• A genuine passion for property and client service
• Working closely with the Directors in identifying new business opportunities.
• Ensuring that you are up-to-date on lettings legislation.
