MRICS Valuers wanting to transition to Leisure valuation work - Hiring in London / South East

My client is a well-respected leisure property consultancy firm focused mainly on the leisure and alternatives markets. They are actively seeking experienced Trading and Leisure Valuers and lease advisory surveyors to join their team, with roles available in the South East and South regions and London.

Competitive remuneration package including car allowance, plus bonus potential based on performance and wider contribution. Basic salary likely ranging from £55,000 - 85,000 approx depending on experience (agency approx.). They work under a hybrid working model, typically 3 days in office per week and 2 days on inspections / working remotely.

All figures quoted above are approx. and possibly there will be additional car allowance / bonus payments*
