Proper Recruitment has been tasked with sourcing a motivated, proactive Lettings Negotiator for one of the UK's largest independent estate agents in Islington, London.
Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting property viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Collaborating with team members to achieve targets
- Staying informed about property market trends
- Interest in property; ARLA qualification is a bonus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license; own car preferred
- Salary: £20,000 - £22,500 (including Car Allowance)
- Car Allowance or Pool Car
