Lettings Negotiator / Senior / Associate

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm (1 in 3 Saturdays 10am - 4pm)

£18,000 - £22,000 as a basic salary, with additional earning potential through our highly lucrative commission scheme.

Depending on your role, you will enjoy either a travel allowance (£2,500 PA) or a car allowance (£5,000 PA) to support your daily commute.

We are currently recruiting for exceptional Lettings Negotiators to join our successful teams in our South West London branches. We are looking for individuals who wants to stand out from the crowd, thrive on success and relish working in a competitive, professional environment. As home to some of the most successful estate agents in London, the successful candidate will work to exceptionally high standards and take pride in their success, but also the success of their team and the company as a whole.

Experience is not always essential. Attitide, integrity, and the desire to succeed are much more important to us. This could be the ideal opportunity to begin a long‑term career in estate agency.

You will need to be able to drive, as you will be escorting potential tenants to viewings.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Landlords with eager Tenants, ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.

• Registering interest and arranging viewings:
