Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Residential Sales Consultant located in a thriving office within the South London Area, United Kingdom. The Senior Residential Sales Consultant will be responsible for not just the selling of properties, but also consulting with vendors, providing exceptional customer service to all they converse with, provide support to Branch Manager and ideally, has aspirations to list properties and become a Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Two years Estate Agency experience minimum
• Experience of providing vendor care
• Has either listed properties before or has the desire to go on a listing course and to list properties.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed banking targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Someone who is organised, well presented and highly motivated
