What this job involves

Generating and converting valuations into new business opportunities

Building strong relationships with investors, developers, vendors and buyers

Managing property pipelines by providing regular vendor updates and pricing advice

Booking and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion undefined

Sound like you?

To apply you need to be / have:

High degree of integrity and professionalism

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential sales within the London market

Proven ability to negotiate effectively and progress sales through to completion

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships

Local knowledge of Prime Central London and surrounding areas (advantageous)
Experience conducting market appraisals or keen interest in learning property valuation

Commercial awareness, understanding of local market dynamics and solutions-focused mindset
