Lettings Negotiator Hammersmith, West London Curtis & Parker Hammersmith, W6 £ 20,000 £ 25,000 basic depending on experience  uncapped commission OTE £35,000 £ 45,000 Curtis & Parker is an established independent estate agency based in Hammersmith, specialising in residential lettings, sales and property management across Hammersmith, Fulham and the surrounding areas of West London. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly and experienced team.

The Role Your responsibilities will include:
Registering and qualifying prospective tenants Responding to property enquiries and arranging viewings Conducting property viewings Matching applicants with suitable properties Following up viewings and negotiating offers Liaising with landlords and tenants Progressing agreed lets through to tenancy Maintaining our applicant and property database Developing relationships with existing and prospective landlords Assisting with new business opportunities About You We are looking for someone who is:
Confident, friendly and professional An excellent communicator with good negotiation skills Motivated by targets and commission Organised and able to manage a busy workload Comfortable dealing with landlords and applicants Previous residential lettings or estate agency experience is preferred, although we will consider an exceptional candidate looking to enter the industry Knowledge of Hammersmith, Fulham and West London would be an advantage Full UK driving licence preferred Salary & Benefits £20,000 £ 25,000 basic salary depending on experience Uncapped commission Realistic OTE £35,000 £ 45,000 Established portfolio and strong applicant database Ongoing training and support Opportunity for career progression Friendly independent agency environment Hammersmith town-centre office with excellent transport links Alternate Saturday working Working Hours Monday Thursday: 9:00am7:00pm Friday: 9:00am6:00pm Saturday: 10:00am4:00pm on an alternate basis If you're ambitious, enjoy dealing with people and want to develop your career in West London property, we'd like to hear from you.
