We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Property Manager to join our high-performing Intermediate Market Rent (IMR) team. Thisis an opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of homes across London while delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to the success ofone of the UK's leading housing providers.

At L&Q, our Intermediate Market Rent (IMR) portfolioprovides high-quality homes at rents below local market levels, helping customers access well-managed, affordable housing in areas where market rentsmay otherwise be out of reach.

With homes located across London our IMR portfolio playsan important role in providing professionally managed, affordable housing for customers who may otherwise be priced out of the local rental  this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent customer outcomes, protecting asset performance and supporting the continued growth of L&Q's IMR portfolio.

As a Property Manager, you will take ownership of aportfolio of homes, ensuring residents receive an exceptional customer experience throughout their tenancy. You will work closely with residents,contractors, managing agents and internal teams to maximise occupancy, minimisevoids, support tenancy sustainment and maintain compliance across your portfolio.

No two days are the same. This is a varied and rewarding role that requires strong relationship management skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving. You'll be empowered to make decisions, manage your own workload and positively influence outcomes for both residents and the business.

You will join a high-performing and supportive team thatplays a crucial role in delivering one of L&Q's key private rentalproducts.

This role offers the opportunity to further develop your property management career within one of the UK's leading housing associations.

Due to the geographical spread of our portfolio, regular travel across London and the M25 region is required. Therefore, a full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use are essential.

• Managinga portfolio of Intermediate Market Rent properties and delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• Maximisingrental income through effective tenancy management, rent reviews, tenancyrenewals and resident retention activities.
