Location: Greater London
Work pattern: 1-2 days in office per week
PAYE Pay Rate: £75.45 per hour
Main
Purpose:
Provide specialist land and property support to the Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Programme, ensuring effective coordination, assurance and oversight of CPO and wider land/property work streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) work streams.
- Support the settlement of outstanding compensation claims and potential Upper Tribunal references.
- Provide assurance and oversight of land and property activities.
- Support wider matters including property disposals, infrastructure leases and licences.
- Manage external advisers and consultants.
- Commission and coordinate commercial and property advice.
- Provide reporting and input into programme governance.
- Monitor and manage land/property risks and issues.
- Work with Council services, external consultants and programme stakeholders.
Essential
Experience:
- Strong experience in land and property management.
- Proven CPO and compensation claims experience.
- Experience with property disposals, leases and licences.
- Experience managing external property/legal advisers.
- Strong governance, reporting and risk management skills.
- Experience working on large-scale regeneration or development programmes.
