This position requires excellent communication and organisational skills, strong administration abilities and the ability to prioritise a busy workload while maintaining a professional and proactive approach.

Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords Deal with tenants, landlords and contractors on a day-to-day basis Handle property management enquiries by telephone, email and in person Ensure property management and lettings procedures are followed correctly Coordinate maintenance issues and liaise with contractors where required Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Provide excellent customer service throughout the tenancy Carry out general property management administration and maintain accurate records Prioritise and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines Deal with issues and queries promptly and professionally Support the wider lettings and property management team as required Ensure a professional and proactive service is maintained at all times What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
Previous experience in Residential Lettings Property Management Demonstrate an understanding of Lettings procedures Highly organised and possess high levels of administration ability Ability to develop and maintain relationships Excellent telephone manner Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency Is this the role for you?
