We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent estate agency with an excellent reputation across South East London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service who is looking to take their first step into the property industry.

No previous estate agency experience is required - full training, ongoing support and clear career progression will be provided. Sales Negotiator - role:
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll gain hands-on experience across residential sales and lettings while learning everything you need to become a successful negotiator. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Sales s team with the day-to-day running of the office Assisting with property viewings and learning how to showcase homes to prospective buyers and tenants Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties Building positive relationships with buyers, tenants, landlords and vendors Delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone Assisting with property enquiries and keeping clients updated throughout the process Learning how to generate new business opportunities and build your own client base Keeping property records and marketing details up to date Working in a busy, friendly office where you'll receive ongoing coaching and support Sales Negotiator About you This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people and is looking for a long-term career in property.

You'll ideally have:
