Commercial Property Agent - key requirements:- 5 + years' Commercial Property Agency experience
- Ideally MRICS qualified although not essential
- Strong communication and negotiating talents
- Ability to win and close business
- Highly driven approach
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience using a CRM database
- Undertaking leasing and purchases (focusing on office acquisitions)
- Executing marketing strategy and forming and executing acquisition strategies for clients
