- Senior Account Manager X1 Sales and Lettings are looking for an articulate, experienced and accomplished Senior Account Manager to oversee a student landlord portfolio in our vibrant and friendly Manchester branch. X1 Sales and Lettings are proud to have a workforce consisting of the best talent in the industry, we are a rapidly expanding Sales, Lettings and Property Management business which has gone from strength to strength over the last 14 years with offices in Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester and Kent.

We have an expert qualified team base of over one hundred and forty team members and a managed portfolio of over 4500 properties across the Northwest and Kent. The Role As a Senior Account Manager on our student portfolio, you will oversee operations of Landlord investments ensuring these are managed effectively and maximising value for both the client and company. Your organisational abilities and strong communication skills both internally and externally will contribute to the overall success of your client investments, and market reputation of X1 brand. You will be a positive representative of the company and carry a polite and professional approach in all communication.

You will have a strong business acumen, have a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail. You will work alongside a team of other Senior Account Managers who will support you and share the same goal. Some of the role responsibilities are as below:
• Ensure landlords receive impeccable customer service and contribute towards positive brand reputation
• Proactively working with Landlords to understand investment portfolios and generate new business opportunities
• Co-ordinate with internal teams regarding all aspects of Landlords properties performance
• Review the financial performance of your sites monthly
