We're recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a well-respected independent estate agency in the Basingstoke area. This role would suit a motivated and sales-driven lettings professional who enjoys working with people, delivering great customer service, and thriving in a target-driven environment.

The Role As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
Arrange and conduct property viewings Match tenants with suitable rental properties Support landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process Provide clear advice and maintain strong client relationships Work closely with the team to deliver excellent service and meet targets Contribute to business growth through strong performance and customer care Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
