, working alongside some of the UK’s leading commercial property investors and developers
. You’ll have genuine responsibility, strong client exposure and the opportunity to play a key role in a business that is going places.

Having established a strong reputation over the past decade, this consultancy has recently moved into a new Midcity office and is continuing to grow. They have already achieved recognition as a Consultant of the Year

Their portfolio is focused around commercial offices and private-sector development
, with a particularly strong network of clients across the London investment and development market. They are trusted by some of the top commercial investors and developers

The role would suit a Senior Cost Consultant who enjoys being close to the client, taking ownership of projects and having the freedom to make an impact, rather than simply being another name on a large corporate project team.

• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
