An established Real Estate management business is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium commercial and mixed-use properties in Central London.
This is an opportunity to take responsibility for the operational, financial and commercial performance of high-quality Real Estate assets, working closely with investors, asset managers, occupiers and property management teams to deliver exceptional service and maximise long-term asset value.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day management and performance of a portfolio of premium commercial and mixed-use properties.
- Manage property budgets, service charges, financial reporting and expenditure control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, asset managers, occupiers and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure properties meet the highest standards of operational performance, compliance and occupier experience.
- Coordinate facilities management teams, contractors, consultants and external service providers.
- Monitor lease obligations, property management agreements and statutory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, enhance asset value and support investment objectives.
- Contribute to asset business plans, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular portfolio performance updates and recommendations to clients.
- Significant experience in commercial property management, portfolio management or a related real estate discipline.
- Proven experience managing premium office, retail or mixed-use assets.
- Strong understanding of service charge management, budgeting, lease administration and property operations.
- Experience working with institutional investors, asset managers and corporate occupiers.
- Strong commercial acumen, financial management skills and a client-focused approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience coordinating property management teams and external service providers.
- MRICS qualification or a relevant property-related degree is desirable.
A commercially minded and proactive property professional who combines strong technical property management expertise with excellent client relationship skills. You will be comfortable managing complex assets, balancing financial and operational priorities, and identifying opportunities to enhance portfolio performance.
