Dove & Hawk, incorporated is seeking a Lettings Coordinator in Sutton to manage 166 Built to Rent apartments, handling new lets and rent increases. You will be the first contact for applicants, arrange viewings, and oversee vetting and offers with a focus on customer service.
You will work closely with lettings managers and the central Tenancy Progression team to hit KPIs, update advertisements, coordinate void works, and maintain excellent resident experiences.
