City Rooms in London is seeking a Property Manager to oversee our HMO lettings portfolio, ensuring an excellent tenant experience and smooth day-to-day operations.
You will coordinate maintenance with contractors, supervise cleaners, carry out property inspections, and ensure licensing and safety compliance while delivering responsive service to tenants and internal teams. This full-time role is Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with occasional Saturdays paid as overtime; salary £30,000–£38,000 DOE.
