Overview

You’ll be part of a small but high-impact Research & Insight team within the Business Development function.
Responsibilities- Conduct secondary research, drawing insights from multiple sources, and synthesise them into sharp, actionable reports and presentations.
- Analyse M&A trends and market characteristics to identify opportunities.
- Research the effects of new regulations on specific sectors.
- Support regional thought leadership pieces on relevant topics.
- Use pricing data to explore the viability of entering new markets.
- Collaborate closely with BD, marketing, and senior stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or banking with a solid understanding of M&A markets.
- Experience with platforms such as S&P Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Mergermarket.
- Strong ability to analyse data and craft compelling narratives.
