Research Executive

We’re conducting a confidential search for Qualitative-focused Researchers at Research Executive through to Research Manager level to join a specialist pharma insights consultancy known for depth, rigour, and genuine partnership with clients. 💡💊

This consultancy is genuinely committed to quality over quantity. Rather than pushing high-volume, quick-turnaround projects, they operate as a true extension of global pharmaceutical insights teams, embedding closely with clients to explore challenges in real depth.

They intentionally maintain manageable workloads, giving researchers the time and headspace to produce thoughtful, meaningful insights — not just surface-level outputs. The team is widely recognised for working in parallel with strategy consultants, bringing both analytical precision and commercial understanding to every project.

• Lead and support qualitative healthcare and pharmaceutical research projects
• Design discussion guides and research frameworks
• Conduct in-depth interviews, workshops, and exploratory research
• Translate complex findings into clear, strategic insight
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and client teams
• Contribute to proposal development and project strategy

• Experience in qualitative market research, ideally within healthcare or pharmaceuticals
• Strong analytical thinking and storytelling ability
• Confidence in managing projects and client relationships
• Curiosity, rigour, and a desire to “get into the weeds” of research
• Ability to balance multiple projects without sacrificing quality
